I am an out of network provider. Out-of-network benefits may be used to cover my services in full or in part, depending on your specific policy. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions to your insurance carrier:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you have out of network coverage I can provide you with super bills to submit

to your insurance or I can submit them on your behalf.
